Gutor PXC ONE Schneider Electrics Solution

The Gutor PXC UPS systems are designed for harsh electrical environments to save battery life thanks to the wide input voltage tolerance. It offers various power ratings (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 80 kVA) for both, 3:1 and 3:3.

The AC output voltage range is from 220 to 240V (for 3:1 systems) and from 380 to 415V (for 3:3), while the system can handle both, 50 and 60 Hz, and can even be used to converse the frequency (bypass needs same frequency as output).

Our PCB’s are conformal coated up to 3G to resist against moisture, dust, corrosive gases and other chemicals.

The Gutor PXC system comes with a PFC rectifier providing an excellent power conditioning, very low harmonic distortion, input power factor correction, and high efficiency (remaining stable at 94% even at lower operating power levels) due to state-of-the-art semiconductor technology. Thus, the system is Diesel-generator proved. It has the ability to sustain overload disturbances of 230% for 60ms.

The Gutor PXC UPS system offers various communication protocols such as NMC, Modbus, SNMP, TCP/IP, IEC61850, RS485, enabling remote monitoring of the system. To provide a highly safe digital communication, the latest standards for cyber security are applied.

Bus bar connections are available in front to allow full diagnostic of the system (current / voltage measurements) without opening into hazardous voltage.

Fully redundant ventilation with an optimized airflow, absorbing high environmental temperatures and guaranteeing the highest reliability. The fans can be replaced from the front and therefore contribute to a very low MTTR. The fact that they are swappable without going to bypass is further increasing the availability of the system, and therefore the load protection.

The Gutor PXC charger will adapt the DC voltage according to the ambient temperature to reach the battery design life.
